The hotel is situated in a prime location close to Hyde Park and within walking distance of Oxford Street. The experience was mixed; while I appreciated the friendly staff and the wi-fi, my overall experience was marred by poor service upon arrival, a small room, and a less-than-ideal breakfast. The value for money is questionable considering the quality of the room and service received.
